2 bedroom new built flat! must read! in Maldon, Essex for sale

New bulit less than a year old two bedroom large sencond floor flat. Asrer bed room I ery large as I have a kingsize bed, 3door wardrobe, e bed side cabnits and still plenty of room, has the airing cupboard in this room so has extra storage space. The sencond bedroom is smaller but fits a single bed and wardrode and chest of drawers in there nicely leaving lots of room. The bathrrom has a shower over the bath and is a lovely size, it has a heated towel rail too. Off the hallway itwo cupboards one being very large as I had a single bed set up in there. The lounge is very large and has a juliet balcony . The kitchen is small but has lots of cupboards and plenty of starage space. This flat is fully carpeted and lino throughout and will remain that way on moving. The flat has solar panels so hot water and eletricy is cheaper. The flat is close to shops shops doctors dentist and is a 5minute walk to the promanarde. I'm looking to stay as close to this area a possible but will concider other areas as long as the house is right for me. I would like either a 2bed house with a garden or a ground floor flat with a garden (even if its shared) must have bath as well as shower.
